RULES & POLICIES

Splash City Adventures is a family amusement park that prides itself on a safe, wholesome atmosphere. All guests are required to follow Park Policies during their visit.

​

  • Upon entering the Park, all guests are subject to bag searches.

  • Knives, guns, and/or weapons of any kind are not permitted into the Park or on property.

  • All guests under 12 must be accompanied by a guest 16 or over, or they must be a member of a chaperoned group.

  • Alcoholic beverages and glass containers are not permitted on property.

  • Outside catering, fast food, or other commercially prepared food of any type is NOT permitted!

  • Guests must remain fully clothed at all times. All guests must wear shirts, bottoms, and shoes during their visit. Closed-toe shoes are required for some rides.

  • Designated smoking areas can be found in the Park. Smoking is only permitted in these areas. This includes e-cigarettes, vapes, etc.

  • Cutting in line, space saving, and line jumping are not allowed. Any guests found doing this will be asked to go to the back of the line.

  • Guests should avoid bringing: Selfie Sticks, pets, radios, scooters, skates, or skateboards. These items are not allowed into the Park.

WATERPARK RULES & POLICIES

  • Appropriate swimsuits are required for all guests.

  • Thongs, G-strings, denim shorts, underwear (bra and panties), hard metals (belt buckles, metal rivets, etc.), street clothes, and long flowing clothing are NOT permitted.

  • Management reserves the right to determine if swimwear is appropriate.

  • All guests in diapers must wear a swim diaper in order to enter the water.

  • Parents are ultimately responsible for their children.

  • Street shoes, googles, masks, and fins are not permitted in the water or on slides.

  • Glasses and sunglasses must be worn with a head strap while in water or on slides.

  • Personal floatation devices are NOT PERMITTED with exception to life jackets and puddle jumpers. Coast Guard approved life jackets are permitted.

  • Coolers, food, glass, and lawn-type chairs or games are NOT PERMITTED.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the park.

  • When Leaving the waterpark and entering the amusement park, all guests must be fully clothed (shirts, bottoms, and shoes).

  • We allow prosthetics on rides under the following conditions:

    1. Riders must be able to safely enter and exit the rides.

    2. Riders must be able to assume the prescribed riding position.

    3. The prosthetic must not pose a danger to the patron, others in the ride, the riding vehicle and/or the riding surface (which is for the safety of the guests to maintain a safe riding surface).

    4. Prosthetic devices must not have any exposed metal or rough edges in order to be permitted on the rides. Any guest with a prosthetic has the option to wrap or remove it provided they fulfill the above requirements.

SEPARATED PARTIES

​

All lost children (or parents) should go to the nearest Park Security or Splash City Adventures team member. In-park paging is not done for separated parties.

​

INCLEMENT WEATHER

​

For the safety and convenience of all guests, Splash City Adventureshas access to comprehensive regional forecasts. Some rides and attractions will close temporarily during electrical storms, heavy rains, high winds or other severe weather conditions. As soon as conditions permit safe operation, these rides or attractions will re-open. 

In the event that management makes the decision to close an attraction due to inclement weather, guests may exchange their outdoor attraction tickets for one of the following items:

  • You may save your ticket and use it on another day.

  • You may exchange your ticket for another attraction that is open or for arcade credit in the amount of the dollar value of the ticket.

  • If you have purchased an unlimited use wristband you may exchange it for a rain check that is good for another day.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

​

Splash City Adventures is not responsible for loss or theft of personal property. Lockers are available in the waterpark to store personal belongings.

Splash City Adventures accepts: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and cash. We do not accept personal checks.
