  • Can I bring in outside food or drink?
    No outside food or drink is permitted on the premises except for cake and/or ice cream for celebrations.
  • What method of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Cash. We do not accept personal checks.
  • Can I bring my animal to the park?
    No pets allowed except for trained service animals. We do not allow emotional support or companion animals on the premises. Emotional support and companion animals do not meet the ADA definition of a service animal and do not have the same public access rights. No animals allowed on rides as well.
  • Do you have a rain policy?
    In the event that management makes the decision to close an attraction due to inclement weather, guests may exchange their outdoor attraction tickets for one of the following items: You may save your ticket and use it on another day. You may exchange your ticket for another attraction that is open or for arcade credit in the amount of the dollar value of the ticket. If you have purchased an unlimited use wristband you may exchange it for a rain check that is good for another day.
  • Do we eat or play first?
    Table time is scheduled for the beginning of your party. Your host/hostess is responsible for taking care of the party during your table time. At the end of the table time you will receive your Game Cards where your party will be free to go and enjoy the rest of the park.
  • Can I take my leftover food and cake?
    We are more than happy to box any leftovers and store them in our refrigerator or freezer until you leave the park.
  • Can I order additional food off the menu?
    Absolutely. We offer a number of platters and specials. Just request our menu and we will forward it to you. You can choose from a number of delicious options for your party.
  • Are the party tables decorated?
    Unless you have selected the Grotto location for your Package, No. Splash City Adventures will provide your party with plates, cups, napkins, and utensils. You are more than welcome to bring in your own party supplies, but please let us know in advance. Bringing your own party decorations will not decrease your party charge.
  • Can I bring in outside food for my birthday party?
    We do not allow outside food. Cake and ice cream are the only exceptions.
  • Is there a deposit required?
    Yes. We do require a non-refundable deposit for Birthday Parties, Youth Team Specials, and 3-Hour reservations. Please be prepared to pay the deposit at the time of making your reservation. We do not accept personal checks.
  • What’s the minimum number of guests?
    There is no minimum number of guests for our party packages, however the flat pricing allows up to 8 guests. Each additional guest above 10 will be an additional charge per person (please see specific package for details). You will be guaranteed one table, if you are expecting additional participants, please email us at or call us at (850) 505-0800 so we can discuss additional seating options.
  • Do you supply a cake or can I bring my own?
    We do not supply cakes. Cake and Ice Cream are the only outside food we allow in our facility, so you may bring in your own.
